vuorixj accepts Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club and Discover through the payment options available at checkout. The available payment options are shown at checkout.
Currency and checkout total
Prices and payments are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Review item prices, discounts, taxes and the final total before submitting the order. Standard Shipping within Canada is free with no minimum order value. We do not currently offer international shipping. Your issuer may apply its own conversion or account charges if your card account uses another currency.
Authorization and charging
The checkout and payment provider handle payment authorization and the charging of an order. An issuer may show a temporary authorization while a transaction is reviewed. The timing of an authorization and the final charge depends on payment-provider processing and the status of your order. Contact us with your order number if you need help identifying the status of a payment.
Failed or duplicate payments
If payment is declined, check the details entered and any verification requested by your issuer or contact the issuer. A failed attempt may still produce a temporary authorization. Avoid sending full card details to us. If you believe you have paid twice, provide the order number and non-sensitive transaction reference so we can investigate before you place another order.
Checkout security and refunds
Enter payment information through the secure checkout, rather than email or the contact form. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. For returns, we process an approved refund within 10 business days after receipt and review; the issuer or payment institution can take additional time to display it.
