Refund policy

vuorixj accepts requests for eligible returns or exchanges within 30 days after delivery. This store policy is in addition to any rights you have under applicable Canadian consumer law.

Eligibility and request

For a change-of-mind return or exchange, keep the item unused and in its original condition and packaging. Have your order number or another proof of purchase ready. Contact us within the 30-day period and tell us which items you want to return or exchange. Do not send a parcel before receiving return instructions.

Free approved returns and exchanges

We pay the return shipping cost for approved eligible returns and exchanges, using a prepaid label or an equivalent arrangement that costs you nothing. We do not charge a restocking fee. We will provide the correct destination and packing instructions when your request is approved. The address shown on our Contact page is a business contact address and is not automatically a returns warehouse.

Damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items

Contact us with the order number, a description of the issue and, where helpful, photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a refund, replacement or another appropriate remedy. A problem with the goods is assessed separately from ordinary change-of-mind conditions; this policy does not exclude remedies required by law.

Exchanges and refunds

Exchanges depend on availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will discuss an appropriate alternative or refund rather than substitute an item without your agreement. After receiving and reviewing a return, we process an approved refund within 10 business days to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to show the credit; we do not promise a fixed bank posting period.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will check its processing status. If dispatch has already taken place, the return process may apply. Nothing here limits a cancellation or refund right that applicable law gives you.
