Shipping policy

vuorixj ships within Canada only. Standard Shipping is free throughout Canada, including all provinces and territories, with no minimum order value. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Processing and delivery estimates

Order processing normally takes 1–2 business days. After dispatch, Standard Shipping transit is estimated at 4–6 business days. The normal combined estimate is therefore 5–8 business days, not an additional third shipping period. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery information and tracking

Use a complete, accurate Canadian delivery address and contact information at checkout. Keep your order confirmation. When tracking information is available for your shipment, use the information supplied with the order or contact us for assistance. We do not promise a particular carrier before your shipment is arranged.

Address corrections and order changes

Contact us promptly with your order number if an address or item needs correcting. We will check whether the order can still be changed before dispatch. A request is not a confirmation that a change has been made. Once a parcel is in transit, available changes depend on its shipment status.

Delays, lost parcels and delivery problems

Weather, carrier disruptions, holidays and other circumstances can affect transit. If a parcel is delayed, appears lost, is marked delivered but cannot be found, or arrives damaged, contact us with the order and tracking information. We will investigate and explain the next steps, including an appropriate replacement or refund when the circumstances require it. We do not use a delivery estimate to remove your statutory rights.

Charges and returns

The checkout total is shown in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes and any clearly disclosed adjustment are shown before the order is submitted. Standard Shipping itself is free. Return and exchange arrangements are described in our Refund Policy.
