Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of the vuorixj storefront and orders placed through it. Review them together with our Shipping, Refund, Payment and Privacy policies. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply even if a term here would otherwise suggest a limitation.

Using the store

Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information. You must be able to enter into a purchase agreement or act with appropriate authorization from a responsible adult. Keep any account access details secure and tell us about suspected unauthorized use. Do not use the store for fraud, unlawful activity, attempts to access another person's account or disruption of the service.

Products, prices and availability

Product descriptions, options and prices describe the items offered. Screen settings can affect the appearance of colours. Prices and checkout totals are in CAD; applicable taxes and disclosed charges are shown before submission. Availability can change. If a material error affects an order, we will contact you about a correction, cancellation or refund as appropriate rather than silently substitute a different product or charge.

Orders and payment

Check the order details before submitting it. A receipt of your request does not prevent us from reviewing availability, payment authorization, suspected fraud or an obvious listing error. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will explain the issue and arrange any required refund. Your cancellation and other rights under applicable law remain intact. Payment authorization and charging are handled through the checkout and payment provider; see our Payment Policy.

Shipping, returns and remedies

We deliver within Canada with free Standard Shipping. Normal processing is 1–2 business days and transit after dispatch is estimated at 4–6 business days, giving a normal combined estimate of 5–8. Eligible returns and exchanges may be requested within 30 days after delivery; approved return shipping is paid by us and there is no restocking fee. Content and third-party services

Store content, product names and marks may belong to their respective owners. You may use the site for ordinary personal shopping; do not copy or misuse protected content contrary to applicable law. Shopify, payment and delivery services operate relevant parts of the transaction, and external links may have their own terms.

Service issues and legal rights

If you encounter an error, interruption or a problem with an order, contact us with sufficient details to investigate it. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law; these terms do not exclude liability or a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. The laws applicable to a transaction include relevant Canadian consumer laws and the rights of the consumer's province or territory. Changes

We may update these terms for future use of the store. The terms and disclosures applicable to an existing order remain subject to the agreement made for that order and applicable law. Keep a copy of your order confirmation and the information shown when you purchase.
